Eng Geoffrey has significant transaction record in infrastructure projects and management of funds both for government and donor funded projects. He has worked with the Ministry of Public Work as the Chief Supretending Engineer under the Minsitry and Supervised technical , financial and administrative matters. Eng Mwangi has a large impresssive record of dseign , supervision and miantainance of roads , buildings and other infrastructural projects at the national level and in cordinating of the diiffrent multiskilled teams involced in the projects. James Gathingi (Civil & Structural Engineer) is a Director in Plateau Consultants has more than 20 years experience in in Structural engineering and Project Management throughout a wide range of working environments: transaction teams, different institutional settings in local/regional and central governments, private and parastatal clients, etc. Eng James holds a Post Graduate Degree in Construction Mangement from the University of Nairobi. He has extensive project management, operational and consulting experience in assisting national and local level government bodies, autonomous government agencies, public utilities and private sector enterprises, mainly in relation to Stuctural Design , Structural Retrofits and Civil Engineering Infrastructure.
Eng. James has a significant transaction record, in infrastucture sectors ranging from Commercial Projects including Offices and Residentials , Telecommunication Projects , education (universities, hostels, accommodation), and basic urban services to infrastructure (waste, water, transport). Eng Stephen Ogalo Omondi (Structural Design Engineer) has more than 20 years of professional work experience in both public and private sectors as a seasoned Civil & Structural Engineer. He is a registered professional Engineer by the Engineers Board of Kenya and a Corporate member of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya.
Eng Stephen has extensive experience as a Construction Manager and of immense knowledge. His wealth of knowledge has proved instrumental during the execution of several government or private funded projects. As a consultant he has handled multi-million dollar projects in the various sectors namely Buildings, Telecommunication Infrastructure Development, Energy, Water and Roads in different countries within Africa.
Eng. Stephen has extensively worked on projects in Kenya for great establishments such as Safaricom Ltd, Kenya Power, KETRACO, KENGEN, Multichoice Africa, Lake Turkana Wind Power (LTWP) amongst many others. He has also managed projects of varied challenges in Uganda, Tanzania, South Africa and Angola. He has worked extensively on projects funded by major donors such as World Bank, JICA and several other Governments. Recently he participated in the execution of the 310MW Lake Turkana Wind Power Project and the 172MW Olkaria V Geothermal Power Projects, whose outputs has since been injected into the Kenyan National Power Grid.

Francis Maingi has more than 5 years experience in engineering design of structures such as load bearing systems, lowrise Reinforced Concrete structures, high rise Reinforced Concrete structures, lifts, retaining walls, timber structures, swimming pools, underground water tanks, rooftop towers, cash centers, steel structural systems in a wide range of working environments such as private companies, institutions such as schools, colleges and NGOs, government entities, parastatals and security firms.
Mr Francis has also been involved in Annual Roads Inventory and Condition Survey (ARICS) for several county governments and private firms. He has extensive experience in supervision of structural site works to ensure compliance with structural design and the relevant standards. He also has hands-on experience in geotechnical site investigations to ensure that foundations are designed in a way that ensures structural safety. Mr Maingi is also well versed with site survey works, design of sewerlines and supervision of civil works. He has also vast experience in structural integrity audit of existing structures such as high rise buildings, swimming pools, low rise buildings, towers, steel roofs, undeground water tanks, lifts etc..
Mr Francis is a great team leader and team player who seamlessly works with Clients, Structural/Civil Engineers, Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Contractors, Clerks of Work to ensure timely delivery of the project while ensuring high quality standards, particularly, the civil and structural elements of the project. Asumptor Muthama is a construction project manager at Plateau Consultants. She has vast experience in project management from project appraisal and inception to project hand-over. She has expertise in managing teams, contract documentation, tendering, project valuation and procurement.
With advanced knowledge in construction and project management softwares, she is an all-round project manager. She holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
